Yes, all our nail polishes are created following strict safety guidelines. They are cruelty-free, 22-free, vegan, HEMA- and Di-Hema-free. and have been thoroughly tested for safety and quality.
How long does your nail polish typically last?
With proper application and care, our professional-grade nail polishes can maintain their pristine appearance for up to three weeks.
Application & Care
Application Steps:
1. Prepare nails meticulously
- Push back and clean cuticles
- Shape and smooth nail surface
- Remove dust and degrease
2. Color Application
- Apply 1-2 coats of All in One "THE ONE"
- Ensure complete coverage of nail and free edges
- Cure under LED (90s) or UV (120s) light
Removal Process:
- Gently file nail surface
- Apply Soak-Off Remover
- Wrap with aluminum foil for 20 minutes
- Gently remove polish with cuticle pusher or fine file
How should I store my nail polish?
Store bottles upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing in the bathroom where humidity can affect the formula.

Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
For domestic orders within Germany, we ship via DHL and delivery typically occurs within 3-6 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, with same-day shipping for orders placed before 2 PM CET.

Yes, we proudly ship our nail polishes worldwide through DHL International. Our shipping service ensures your products arrive safely and securely, no matter where you are. Estimated delivery times vary by region:

For Unopened Products:
We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. The products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
For Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and your order number in your communication. We will promptly send a replacement or process a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
For Opened Products:
Due to health and safety regulations governing cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of opened nail polishes. However, if you experience any quality issues with our products, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
